My 2.5 months old baby had vaccination and she got a temperature of 99.5 degree Fahrenheit . At what temperature we should be concenrned

U have to give the fever medicine once temperature raises above 99.5
Next Steps
Since she has been vaccinated give the medicine anyway. She'll be comfortable
