I had suffered severe Dengue fever 3months before. I crossed the phase where the skin on my feet was peeling. After the peeling stopped there is hair fall seen. And this is first time in my life i have seen such tremendous hair fall. Just wanted to know how long does Telogen effluvium due to dengue lasts. should i take some medicines? The rate of hair fall is really severe. please guide. My derma said its Telogen effluvium for sure. just want to knw the time cycle.
