My son is 4.5 months old and he started teething, due to which his appetite has reduced, he is very cranky, please suggest how to soothe him He is on complete breastfeed, but since the past 1 week his milk intake has really gone down Please advice

Are you sure,it's early for teething. Just ensure breastfeeding at a gap of atleast 3 hours,if not more.
