Dental age may not coincide with Chronological age. Nothing is to be done. Wait. If he has no teeth after anther 6 months consult a Paediatric Dentist who may advise for an OPG (Full mouth Xray).

It is not a problem if teething hasn't started at this time. We can wait. Jus give a good massage on the gums with clean fingers. Teething time and the order of the teeth appears have a strong hereditary factor. So It might vary with each kid.

some babies take longer to have their first tooth, it’s sometimes hereditary with the child’s either or both parents and grandparents also having late erupting process. You can either wait till the child turns 1 or if it worries you more, pls personally check with a dentist so that the dentist can advise you after examining the child.
