My daughter is 13 months old,she got two teeth in lower jaw 5 months ago ,but she is not getting teeth in upper jaw ,what is the reason?

There is variation from child to child. Tooth has already erupted by 13 months which is normal.

Yes delay in teething is due to Calcium deficiency So I will give syrup Calcimax-P give 5ml daily once for 1 month
