My son is 6.5 years old last two week his upper two teeth fell down , it not yet grown .now again it's lower teeth is shaking. Is this normal ??

Yes it's normal... It's the time of shedding of the milk teeth and new eruption of permanent teeth whic will occur after few days...

This is absolutely normal for children aged 5.5 to 7 years. Do not worry. Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 months for the new permanent tooth to erupt after the milk tooth is shed.
