Hello. As it can be seen in the image provided by you, the right upper front tooth is about to erupt. and there is slight swelling in the gums over left front tooth which is suggesting that the left front tooth is also about to erupt. If the deciduous (temporary) teeth fall earlier than the usual age (due to any reason) then it is likely that the permanent teeth might erupt little late. So don't worry too much, observe for another 2-3 months. If they still don't erupt then visit your nearest Pedodontist (Branch of dentistry specialised in children) or a General Dentist for a thorough examination. They might advise you to get a small xray in that case.
