Teeth not come in 10 months old baby boy
My son is 10 months old but tooth have not come. Please advise the medication and treatment. He started with solid food
No medicines can help in eruption of the teeth. It may be delayed but will come in few more months. It can take upto 12 months for the first tooth to erupt. Wait for 2 more months and if still they donot appear then get checkup done by a dentist.
