Some of my teeths are moving (not that much) Really scared. Is it because of tartar ? And can braces help make the teeth moving stop?

Hi yes if deposits are too much it can lead to mobility of teeth so you have to get the professional cleaning(scaling)done from your dentist After clinically examining n scaling one can guide you if any other treatment is required or not
