My baby is 1.8 years( 20 months) old, he was advised to give orofer xt iron drops, giving this drops in dropper,now his upper and lower teeth have turned to dark brownish..is this due to iron drops? He is not yet introduced to chocolates. How to clean his teeth n make them white?

Yes it can be possible due to iron drops. Give him a few sips of water immediately after medicine to avoid further staining. Also make sure to brush his teeth twice a day
