Four days back, I had a tear on my foreskin while I was masturbating. There was some blood for 5-7 minutes which I cleaned with water (no pain as such, only used to string on the first day when I had to pee). I'm not sure if it is a frenulum tear or some other type since it appears to be on the inner layer of the foreskin (photo attached). I am keeping it clean and applying soframycin twice a day for now. Will it heal on its own or further medication is required?
