I was diagnosed by tb 2 month ago. I had 1+ sputum afb. I am now on ATD treatment. After 2 month my sputum afb came negetive. And x ray is also good. Appetite is good. But at the starting of treatment i lost 1 kg of weight. Again after 2 months of treatment i lost 1 kg of weight. And again i lost 1.5 kg weight in last 7 days. My height is 6 ft. Age 24 years. At the starting my weight was 89 kg. And now it is 85.6 kg. I eat 2-3 boiled egg everyday and some fruits like pomegranate apple and banana. I also do exercise like dhanurashan. I am so much worried about weight loss. My bp is also low as 115/65. What should i do??
