Tb repeated

I have tb in april 2016 i have taken full course of nine months medicine. After that i m ok. Again in 2017 dec left chest start paining when i went to doc they told me that there is a pleural effusion in left lung. I have been kept on icd for removal of pleural effusion. After removal doc told me that tb again attacked to my right lungs. Can i know what is the cause for repeating of tb disease after taking full course of medication and reason for pleural effusion also.

No specific cause is thr...once TB occurred it may relapse...just got for treatment minimum 9 months and max 1 year...u will definitely improve...diet shud be good for good response of med... high protein diet.

It often occurs again antitubercular drugs for 9 months will be needed.There is no definite cause known and it responds well on the second time
