My niece has been diagnosed with TBM and she was treated accordingly under in-patient setup but after being discharged, again she is having fever in evening which ranges between 100-102 °F. She complains about straining pain in head, severe weakness.
When she has been treated for TB Meningitis as an indoor case and the treatment completed, for such symptoms she should have a CT scan of the brain. It could be a calcified focus in the brain.
