TAXIM-O for urine infection pregnancy

I'm in 7th week pregnancy and when I did normal blood tests, doc said I have urine infection and advise TAXIM/O twice a day for 5days along Rantac. I question is as I have no urine infection symptoms should I skip taking this or is it safe to take? Please advise
