I have a tattoo on back side of shoulder. Is it possible to permenantly remove it? First i have written name tattoo of my gf and then i have covered it up with another tattoo of bird design.i want to remove it bt i have a fear that if i go through laser treatment and during that the covered name tattoo got visible.
