I have taken full bottle of dettol accordingly. My tongue cannot sense taste. Tasteless feel. Some load happens on my stomach. Worst or awkward feel inside the body in nose, mouth and the throat. Please suggest me some Remedy fir instant relief?

As per your description you have self harming tendency.. visit a hospital emergency for treatment and need a psychiatric consultation..
