Tasteless & move around after fever.

On 06/01/22, there was 101degree  fever with headche & eye pain for whole day. From 06/01/22 I go for home isolation. I take three calpol 650 with 6houra gap. But the fever did not came down. After that on 07/01/22 fever was gone & till today fever not comming. Mild cough is there.  as  There is no fever so I didi not take calpol 650.From today which one I eat, all is tasteless. I only got lemon taste that is sour. Some times I feel moving, so I check my bp. But bp result came 114/78 & 119/79 today. So now what to do now? Plz help.
