Tanning on face and body

Hello. I have extremely sensitive skin due to which I get tanned instantly. Otherwise I am fair but in summers i get tanned easily even if I don't have much exposure to the sun. And my skin looks dull and pale and dark as well that takes away my confidence. Please suggest what should I do and what creams lotions or face wash or masks I should use.i have combination skin.
