Does the usage of Tampon changes the size and shape of vagina. Even when I use a tampon without applicator it hurts a lot while pushing it inside.

The use of tampon doesn't change the size and shape of vagina... however use of tampons and less frequent changing can be associated with vaginal infections.. kindly get yourself examined by a gynaecologist
