Don't worry you are perfectly normal.
Thinking aloud or Soto voice is common and normal. A lot of people recap past conversations and practice a better response and unkowningly enact the conversation. This is also true for a future imagined conversation or fantasy.
However, excessive fantasy involvement is not a very healthy practice as it worsens concentration. Besides if people notice you talking to yourself the may think negative about you.
A little self discipline and correcting yourself when you engage in this will be all that is required.
A similar behavior may be abnormal when people do not realize that this is fantasy. They start living in a Fantasy world. Such people may actually hear voices or see people that are not real but hallucinations. They talk or gesticulate in response to these hallucinations. That is a major mental illness requiring treatment.
An active social life and daily exercise are good ways to break the habit of excessive day dreaming.
