Sir I have diabetes from 4 years and sir I want a diat chart Dr and I have acne please give solution of this . Before 1year I have allergy also but I get a treatment and I have no allergy . Dr my sugar level not get constant some it goes to below 80mg and sometimes it goes to above 200mg . Dr please give a diet plan and some exercise
