I am taking tryptometer for 1 week and i am having orthostatic hypotension . i get dizzy when i stand up. Shall i continue taking the medicine for 2 months ?

May be you are using higher dose , For migraine 10 mg is sufficient once daily at night Dizziness usually disappeares in few days of start of medicine If low dose also causes dizziness then alternative medicine should be given for migraine
