I mostly take Tadalafil  (5mg or 10mg) 3-5 hours before sexual activity or I take Tadalafil+Dapoxetine together 2-3 hours before sexual activity. Now I'm thinking of taking them separately one by one. Now, I am thinking to take Tadalafil (5 mg or 10 mg) 5 hours before the sexual activity because it effectiveness last more than 36 hours. And then thinking to take Dapoxetine 30mg just 1-2 hour before sexual activity. Is this fine or good method? Will it cause any serious issues or it's fine except some minor? I use it as a temporary solution, only 2-3 times a month.
