My dad was having sugar level 169 and 335 in pp a month ago. He has to undergo a surgery so doctor suggested some medicine along with 20 units of insulin. I gave him insulin today first time and sugar level dropped to 48. At morning,after breakfast it was 245. Can you please suggest?
