Your problem is due to pressure on the Tail bone which is also called COCCYX.
It is not a bone exactly,but cartilage and is vulnerable to pressure.
Avoid pressure on the area by not sitting continuously.
Take frequent breaks.
Use a SACRAL CUSHION where you sit.
It is easily available on Amazon or Flipkart.
Same precautions to be followed while driving a car.
Avoid motorcycle.
