Please review this ecg, heart beat increae little pain on the left side if the chest. Diagnosed by erosive pangastritis in endoscopy. What is the reason for pain.

Hi. Your symptoms may be due to gastritis. If symptoms persists do echocardiogram and consult with doctor.
