Tachycardia And left arm pain

My ECG shows non specific T wave change? Is that cause of concern...I do have chronic left arm pain and tachycardia . I am worried..

T wave changes are common and non specific in females even upto 3rd and 4th decade. Only left arm pain without chest pain can be due to cervical spondylosis/ radiculopathy.
Next Steps
Please do screen for other risk factors like diabetes , hypertension, lipids. Treadmill testing can rule out cardiac cause of pain
