I'm taking tab tayo 60k one tablet per week for total 4 weeks. After the 4 week course how many months should I wait to start the 4 week course again? I'm taking the tables for constant knee and leg pain and my vitamin d3 levels are low

My question is how low it is your vitamin D values
Next Steps
minimum of 12 weeks if it is too low
Health Tips
alone vitamin D3  supplement is not sufficient you need vitamin k2 and magnesium combination of these elements is good for you
