T4 level is higher post pregnancy

During pregnancy when free ranges for Thyroid were tested, it came out normal (has always been within ranges till date). However 2 weeks after delivery, my thyroid test came out as with T4 higher than ref range T3 - 162.6, T4 - 18.2 TSH - 1.09 Pls advise if anything needs to be done at this point.
