Hi My 35 year old brother is experiencing acute headache so was adviced to get MRI done, the doctor has asked him to get admitted in ICU immediately, please check the report and help me with this.

Yes... Need admission as there is paralysis (decreased blood supply to small brain) needs details evalution with monitoring as it is not  common at this age..
