Please advice medicine for systolic high and distolic low I.e 145 and 60 evening 8 pm Systolic high and distolic low I e 129 and 50 morning 8am

Your BP levels are fluctuating within physiological range. This is normal phenomena. Usually Systolic BP is high due to age related Artery stiffness and low Diastolic BP. You don’t require any medication.

Have a ecg and echocardiography done to rule out any cardiac pathology. If both normal Reduce salt intake and add diuretic.

Hello, I think these readings are within normal limits for his age. Age related aortic stiffness causes high systolic and lower diastolic pressures. If he is asymptomatic do not do anything just keep monitoring BP once in a while. If he has some symptoms related to fluctuating BP then get his ECG and Echo done. Take care
