I had unprotected receptive anal sex(msm) in 2020 but i tested negative for all std after 6 months. Syphilis test was rapid plasma reagin and was non reactive. No more sex since then I keep having this red rash on my plams only. It comes and goes and doesn't itch. I did not have a sore or lesion at anytime. My general physician told me I did not need to retest but anxiety is there. What to do ? Should I retest ?
