Synflorix vaccine side effect for baby

My daughter 6 months old is vaccinated with her third dose of hexavalent ( Synflorix and Infanrix). She is crying her lungs out but she has no fever. She couldn't lift her legs too. Can I give paracetamol to reduce pain ? If yes kindly tell me the dosage of drug.
