He s hyperactive he lacks in concentrating he s very playful he s sometimes in his anger.shout r screams some times. He sits alone play in his own way.he sometime mingle with other kids.please suggest me to make my boy speak.thanks in advance.

Firstly, please don't conclude that he is hyperactive. Secondly, consult a psychotherapist for early intervention.
