Symptoms of Siocare Syrup

I have been taking Siocare Syrup from last 5 days 2 tablespoons twice a day, morning and evening, after doctor prescription but I am feeling that my digestive system is a bit upset after its usage. I would like to to know if this is okay or does this syrup has any side effects like weight gain, weight loss or upsets the digestive system. Also, also will the use of syrup affect my periods adversely or does this syryp has any adverse effect on my periods.
