Appears to be allergic rashes. Bathe child daily,keep her in a cool room,and use comfortable,loose,cotton clothing. Stop all medicines,give just paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required and steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Keep applying calamine lotion. If not improving,add syp atarax 2.5 ml twice a day for 3 days.
