I don't think I have diabetes- fairly healthy diet and exercise 5 times a week. Weight 61kgs. People say you can develop diabetes after covid. Are there any signs to look out for? How should i check if I have diabetes or if I am at risk? I had mild covid. Fever for 2 days, sore throat for 2 days and nausea for 2 days, that's it. No steroids were taken.

Symptoms of diabetes appear at a very late stage. The easiest way to diagnose early is blood test - Fasting and Post meal plasma glucose and HbA1C
