Hi, I had unprotected sex on 24 and 25 this month Facing below symptoms Feeling extremely hungry at any time during a day Feeling like vomit but no vomit later Lower Back pain Noticeable abdominal pain on 25 and 26 Light / Mild pain in stomach during some time in a day Stomach , face swollen What can be the cause? If pregnancy then at what date it can be check for accurate result through Urine pregnancy test.. Thank you!!

I do not have complete information here regarding your last periods The symptoms at present need not be due to pregnancy Urine pregnancy test can be done 1 week after skipped periods For earlier confirmation you can do serum Beta HCG during first week of November

You can check for pregnancy after 14 days from the last intercourse. Symptoms of pregnancy will not be seen so early.

You can check for the pregnancy once you miss the period.Home pregnancy tests are quite reliable.They are most accurate when test is done 10 days from the missed period.
Next Steps
All these symptoms could be because of the hormonal changes in the body and not necessarily because of the pregnancy.
