I have a swollen part coming out from my right hand wrist. It pains.. It's been like this for about 15 days now. I am putting a strap on putting some pressure. It happened after i did lots of push ups. But it's not getting better. Is it serious? Can you please help with any possible solution? I have attached a picture of the same. Thank you in advance..

Ktscalled ganglion..which is harmless generally ...if any severe pain, or local infection ,can opt for surgery...

It is called as a ganglion and if you are symptomatic than plan for a surgery for its removal
