The Red bumps at the back of your tongue is called Circumvalate papillae. It's absolutely normal to have that, all humans have them. Please search for tongue anatomy on google to relieve you anxiety and don't frequently check your throat in the mirror. To understand accurately about your nose block kindly get( CT PNS )scan of nose and sinuses and review with ENT specialist online.
