Swollen tonsils
I have swollen tonsils since 4 years without any pain.there is smell in my mouth and sometime white pus like substance released from my tonsils.i tried many antibiotics but they did not work.my swap culture is normal.then what causes the swollen tonsils and pus?
You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. This condition is known as keratosis tonsil. Size of the tonsil does not correlate with symptoms so you need to worry about it. If you have significant symptoms such as bad breath and foreign body sensation then consider undergoing tonsillectomy
