My eyelid is swollen with a stye it hurts what ointment can I use for it. I have used a clean cloth to compress it with warm water ans cleaned it with non chemical mild soap and the swelling is gone down but I still want some ointment to help it heal faster

You need to take antibiotics orally in addition to pain killers. Local eye drops do not help much as the infection is in the base of an eyelash in the lid. Fomentation will also help.Good hand hygiene as always is important.
