Swollen portion in my right ear

Hi sir / Ma'am, I have got swollen portion appear suddenly bulged big as you can see in the attached image file. Previously I had this portion very small and now I grown more suddenly from last week and itching inside all the day. Pls suggest treatment and pls advise what was the cause problem and medical precautions that I need to be aware of. Thanks, Balan M.
