Swollen lymphnode for last 5 to 6 month

I have 2 swollen painless lymphnode in my right and left side of neck for 5 to 6 month. On 18th July local Doctor Suggest me to do Neck USG (size of lymphnode 10*4 mm and 9.5*3.5 mm )and also recommend KZ lotion for Dandruff and some antibiotics and also recommed to consult with a Dentist. Then I go to the dentist. Here three tooth infections are found. Then he did RCT in three tooth. Now toothpain and dandruff almost gone but I think  size of lymphnode are same.. then I visit another Doctor He also give me some Antibiotics Suggest me to some test..the test result are Mantoux Test- Negative CRP - 0.716 mg/dl Fasting - 88mg/100 ml LDH - 191unit / L Uric Acid - 7.0 mg/100 ml Free T4 - 1.38ng./100 ml TSH - 5.4 micro IU /ml Ptime - 11.5 second HIV 1&2 - Negative Also Attached neck USG and Blood Complete Hemogram What to do next? I am very much worried

I think enlarged lymph nodes since 6 months should be evaluated. Go for FNAC or biopsy.
