What does it mean to have lose of cmd in lymph node ultra sound report. But no abnormal vascularity seen.

Lymphnodes are normal structure in neck. These can swell for various reason like infection of tooth, tonsil, infection of the lymphnode itself or chronic inflammation from TB or from some tumour.
