I have two swollen lymph nodes (spread over 1-2cms area) on my neck and groin since 4 months. I have been feeling fatigued,short of breath since a year and have a dry cough and slightly runny nose since January. Now since a month I feel tightness in my throat and difficulty in eating roti, bread, etc and have pain in body.I have eaten all sorts of anti allergy medicines but they don't work. I also feel bloated and face looks puffy. What to do
