I had swollen lymph nodes in back of my neck for six months size is 1.2*0.7cm.Doctors are saying that it is Seborrheic dermatitis. But i don't having any other symptoms like itchiness, flaky skin etc. Is it possible to have this infection without symptoms. Fnac says feature of reactive lymphadenitis in background of rbc. The node is hard, bit painfull when touched and moveable.

1 cm lymph node in neck region is considered to be significantly enlarged. In case you donot have any focus of infection on your scalp this lymph node should be removed and sent for testing.
