Both the reports suggest reactive hyperplasia. This means that the primary lesion is in the area of their drainage and it is invariably an infection. Once you treat it, these lymph nodes will automatically regress.
The one in your posterior triangle of neck is a Level 5 lymphnode which drains your scalp. Please meet a good Dermatologist to identify and treat the scalp infection/inflammation.
As for the inguinal lymph nodes, since they are very small, you can ignore them as most Indians have them due to walking barefoot and having subclinical infections.
