Swollen lymph nodes

I am suffering from swollen lymph nodes in posterior neck and in groin region for 8 months. The node is not increasing in size and is constant. Size is (1.2*0.7) cm in neck. Groin node is too small and is just palpable. Done fnac and repeat fnac both came with these result. Should i now go for urgent excisinal biopsy or can i wait?

Was a sonography done before fnac? Ideally if the fnac reports reactive lymphadenopathy u don't have to worry. A coures of antibiotics and meds will help the swelling to go down.

Based on your age and size of lymph node it is better to wait and watch If there is any sudden increase in size or pain in the nodes then needs further evaluation
